1. The environmental ventilation and heat dissipation are not bad. There are three main environmental impacts and heat dissipation conditions around the air compressor: one is close to wall obstacles; the other is that there are other heat sources near the air compressor; the third is that the front and side doors are open and the fan cannot form a strong airflow.
2. The radiator is blocked. When there is a lot of dust around the air compressor, long-term operation will cause a layer of dust or sludge to adhere to the surface of the radiator, and the internal copper pipe is easily blocked by the accumulation of grease, which affects the heat dissipation effect.
3. The oil filter is too dirty. The machine has three side-by-side oil filters. When it is too dirty, the resistance oil cannot enter the compressor at the normal flow rate. Due to insufficient cooling and lubricating oil, the compressor will heat up quickly. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet oil exceeds 0.18MPa, the filter element needs to be replaced.
4. The oil level of the cooling oil is too low. When the chiller is inspected, the oil level is lower than the lower end of the inspection pipe, and the replenishment should be completed immediately.
5. Low oil mark or poor oil quality. The air compressor uses the manufacturer’s special compressor oil. When other low-grade or inferior oils are used, the viscosity and specific heat will not meet the standard and cause the temperature to rise.
