In order to ensure that the air compressor can better provide the air supply quality for the first line of mining and improve the service life of the air compressor, the following management regulations are formulated.
The driver must strictly implement this system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
1. Daily inspection items:
(1) Check whether the oil level is above the scale line;
(2) Check whether the water pump works normally and whether the cooling water is good;
(3) Check whether the temperature control cabinet is normal;
(4) Check whether the display of the electric control cabinet is good;
(5) Check whether the exhaust pipe is leaking and whether it is connected to the air bag;
(6) Check whether the throttles of oil, water, and gas are in the working position.
2. Weekly inspection items:
(1) Check whether the lubricating oil in the oil-air separator is clean and there are no impurities;
(2) Check the water storage condition of the pool and whether the water quality is clean;
(3) Check whether the mechanical bolts of each part are loose, and whether each section door is effective;
(4) Check whether the motor fan is in good condition and whether the bearing needs to be oiled;
(5) Check the loading and unloading work;
(6) Check whether the electrical contact connections in the electric control cabinet are reliable, and whether there is any looseness or abnormality;
(7) Check whether the grounding wires are well connected.
3. Monthly inspection items:
(1) Air filter cleaning;
(2) Change the oil in the oil separator and oil circuit according to the operating hours;
(3) Cooling pool cleaning;
(4) Oil filter replacement;
(5) Inspection of motor operation status;
(6) Cleaning and inspection of the electric control cabinet;
(7) Overhaul of water pump.
4. The drivers and maintenance personnel of each shift of the above-mentioned items should be responsible for the cyclical inspection, so as to ensure that the items are not missed on time.
5. Immediately deal with the problems found in the patrol inspection, and immediately report to the duty room if they cannot be handled, explain the situation and request maintenance.
