The reasons for the unstable air pressure of the air compressor are internal and external factors. The external factors are insufficient air input from the air compressor, low pressure adjustment of the air regulating valve, malfunction of the solenoid valve, and unsmooth air path. If the air pressure is too high, it may be due to the failure of the air filter pressure reducing valve. Generally, we can start with the analysis from the following aspects:
1. If the input air pressure is the same as that on the nameplate, check whether the adjustment of the air filter pressure reducing valve is correct and whether the pressure displayed by the gauge pressure can meet the production requirements.
2. Pay attention to the output pressure display of the air compressor before use. If it does not meet the requirements, you can adjust the pressure or overhaul the air compressor.
3. If the input air quality is poor, it will cause oil pollution in the pressure reducing valve, the valve core is difficult to open, and the valve port cannot be fully opened.
4. The reduction of the air path section will also cause the air pressure to be too low. In this case, the air pipe needs to be replaced as required.
5. If there is no problem with the above external air circuit, the air compressor itself must be checked. First, check whether the compressed air pipe of the air compressor is damaged or the joints are leaking. If there is any, it needs to be replaced in time.
6. Check whether the solenoid valve and one-way valve of the air compressor are damaged. If there is damage, it needs to be replaced in time.
In summary, if the valve parts and pipelines of the air compressor are damaged, they need to be repaired and replaced in time. If there is no gas storage tank installed, the gas storage tank should be installed. We all know that the gas tank has a stabilizing effect in addition to the function of storing compressed air. When the unit is running, the pressure is unstable, and when the fluctuation is large, the air storage tank can be used to control the air pressure within a proper range to eliminate the pulsation of the air flow in the pipeline. The installation of gas storage tanks can play a slow role, so that the gas source can be better maintained at a set value, so that the gas system can obtain a constant pressure while also reducing the impact of unstable airflow on the gas pipeline.
